Twin.rent is currently in pre-live phase. The platform operates as a registration site where users may sign up and publish listings in the following roles: Identity Owner, Twin Candidate, Twin Requester, and Twin Maker. Booking, body scan processing, KYC verification, and revenue distribution functionalities are not active in version 1.0 and will be enabled in a future version.
We charge fixed fees for subscription, listing, and request services. Payments are processed directly to TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. via Stripe. These payments relate exclusively to platform services described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
We are not a party to any future booking, deployment, or service contract between users, and do not act as a broker, agent, intermediary, insurer or payment processor for such interactions.

The live chat feature is available on www.twin.rent to help users register, sign up, or request a Twin. By using the chat, you acknowledge that:
The live chat infrastructure is provided by a third-party AI provider. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of chat responses. The underlying AI model may change over time without prior notice.
Twin.rent operates around human likeness. Specific rules apply:
Visual materials on Twin.rent are created by TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o., generated with AI tools, or submitted by users in compliance with the rules above. They are used solely for informational and illustrative purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and submissions.
By submitting content (texts, photos, descriptions, likeness materials), you grant TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, reproduce and promote this material within Twin.rent and on our social media channels. You retain full ownership of your content.
Content that, in our reasonable assessment, harms the reputation of Twin.rent - including public statements, social media posts, or activities by the user that disparage the platform, other users, or TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. - constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may suspend or remove the user's listings without refund, including for active annual subscriptions.
You agree not to:
We may edit, hide or remove any listing without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for:
- accuracy of listings
- whether and when physical Twin deployment becomes available in any region
- whether an Identity Owner, Twin Candidate, or Twin Requester is matched with another party
- pricing, communication or agreements between users
- cancellations, disputes, accidents or any outcomes of future bookings or deployments
Financial consequences of refusal to publish, temporary suspension or removal of listings are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), available at: www.twin.rent/OWS.pdf
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for the full 12-month period and are non-refundable for any unused portion if the user cancels voluntarily. Twin Request and Make Twin of Me listings are non-refundable after activation, except in cases described in Section 4.
The platform uses third-party components including payment processing (Stripe, Inc.) and AI chat infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, accessibility, or data processing practices of third-party services. Use of these components is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, correctness of listings, accuracy or completeness of live chat responses, availability of features, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.
We do not guarantee:
- that physical Twin deployment will become available in any specific region or timeframe
- that any Identity Owner will receive bookings or revenue
- that any Twin Candidate will be selected by a Twin Maker
- that any Twin Requester will be matched with a suitable Twin or Identity Owner
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:
- use of the platform or reliance on live chat responses
- user interactions
- reliance on listings
- accidents, disputes or service failures between users
- technical disruptions or data loss
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. from any claims, losses or liabilities resulting from your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, including the scope of the live chat feature, listing products, or service availability.

EU users: you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr
Poland: mediation and ADR bodies recognised under Polish consumer law
USA/Canada: disputes governed by Polish law, with jurisdiction of courts in Warsaw, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or province provide otherwise
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, supplemented by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Updates to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) do not constitute an update of these Terms of Use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
